Warranty
All GYPSY Custom Amplification amplifiers are built to the highest standards for quality performance and rugged dependability. Accordingly, we back our products with one of the best warranties in the industry.
All GYPSY Custom Amplification amplifiers are accompanied by a 10 calendar day evaluation period from the date of purchase. If buyer chooses to return an item within the 10 calendar day evaluation time frame, the buyer will receive a refund less all shipping charges incurred if returned in new condition. Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping and any damages that may occur upon return.
All GYPSY Custom Amplification amplifiers sold by authorized dealers are warranted to the original owner by GYPSY Custom Amplification to be free from defects in material or workmanship (subject to the terms set forth below) and under the use and service period of:
5 years on parts from the original date of purchase,
5 years on labor from the original date of purchase,
90 days for tubes, footswitches and speakers from the original date of purchase.
Products must be purchased from an authorized dealer within the continental United States in order to receive warranty service.
In the unlikely event that a defect occurs, any products found to be defective within the applicable period will be repaired, replaced or original purchase cost refunded at the option of GYPSY Custom Amplification provided that:
1. failure resulted from a defect in material or workmanship and was not damaged due to use other than its intended use,
2. the product was not modified, misused, abused, damaged by accident or acts of God,
3. the product was not improperly maintained by any person not authorized by GYPSY Custom Amplification,
4. the product was not used in abnormal, excessive, or unusual operating conditions,
5. the product is delivered prepaid to GYPSY Custom Amplification or to an authorized GYPSY Custom Amplification warranty service center with proof of purchase (in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice) within the applicable period.
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those expressed herein. Furthermore, there is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not cover units for loan or rental.
Limitation of liability; the above warranty represents purchaser's exclusive remedy and GYPSY Custom Amplification shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to the product.
Amplifiers contain no user-serviceable parts. If a problem should arise with your amplifier, we advise you to call or write. In most cases we can help you diagnose any problems via email or phone and discuss corrective action.
